This website does not provide accounts, payment processing, or an on-site inquiry database. Contact links open WhatsApp or your email application with a suggested message. Those providers handle information under their own policies when you choose to use them.
Tours and external services
The 360° parcel tour is loaded from arbor-eden-tour.vercel.app when you scroll to it (or press its button if your browser saves data). That service and its embedded content can receive connection data such as your IP address. The founder film is hosted on this site and loads only when you press play; YouTube opens only if you choose its external link. Parcel panoramas load locally hosted imagery after activation. These services have their own privacy practices.
Optional measurement
If analytics is configured, it loads only after you allow it. Measurement is limited to page views, tour and panorama starts, founder-video starts, inquiry preparation, parcel views, and contact-link clicks. We do not send inquiry messages, email addresses, or URL query parameters as analytics events. A contact click does not prove that a message was sent or a visit booked.
Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Your preference is stored in this browser. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Hosting and external services may retain technical logs.
Saved parcels
When you save a parcel, its number is stored in this browser so you can compare it later. No account is created and the selection is not sent to Arbor Eden. Remove saved parcels from the Saved panel. If browser storage is unavailable, the selection lasts only on the current page.
Preparing and sharing your inquiry
The conversation builder prepares a message on your device. Your answers are not saved by this site or included in analytics. Opening WhatsApp or email transfers the prepared message to that service; you decide whether to send it there. Shared shortlist links contain parcel numbers only. Those numbers appear in the URL and may be visible in hosting logs; your budget, timing and questions are not included in shared links.
