Arbor Eden · Build your home

A thoughtful path to your home.

Explore building in San Carlos with coordination and guidance, independent professional advice, and a clear understanding of the land.

A thoughtful path forward

Your vision. A coordinated process.

We can begin a conversation about choosing land and coordinating independent local professionals. The precise service scope, team, fees, and responsibilities must be agreed in writing before work begins.

Design, engineering, legal advice, permitting, and construction are distinct responsibilities. The following journey explains the conversations to have; it is not a turnkey construction offer or a guarantee of approval.

01

Choose and understand the parcel

Explore the tour, visit, and identify the landscape and access that fit your life. Request current availability, pricing, and records.

With: Arbor Eden and your independent advisers.
02

Complete independent due diligence

Have your attorney examine the proposed transaction and property records. Have qualified professionals assess buildability, water, access, and site constraints.

Responsibility: your retained attorney and technical professionals.
03

Design and plan the approvals

Develop the brief, budget, and design for your site. Identify the applicable permits and the order in which prerequisites must be resolved.

Responsibility: the appointed architect or engineer and relevant authorities.
04

Agree how the build will be delivered

Compare written scopes, choose a builder, and define supervision, reporting, change approvals, payment milestones, warranties, and handover.

Responsibility: the buyer and contracted builder/professionals. Coordination terms agreed separately.
Before appointing anyone, request a written service matrix: provider, scope, deliverables, fees, contract, exclusions, and who approves changes. No fixed building price or completion date is offered on this site.
